How can I switch from cPanel/Plesk/Acronis backup to CloudLinux Backup?

To switch from cPanel/Plesk/Acronis backup you need to disable current backup system both on your hosting panel and on the Imunify360 (if you have enabled it before). And then activate CloudLinux Backup.

  • To disable a backup feature in the Imunify360 go to Imunify360 → Settings → BACKUPS tab and move Backup and restore slider. Then confirm your action in a pop-up.
  • When Backup and restore status becomes Disabled, choose CloudLinux Backup as a backup provider from a drop-down.
  • Click on Connect Backup button. You will be redirected to the CloudLinux Network page where you can choose and purchase required size of backup space. Note that CloudLinux Backup provides 10GB of backup space for free.
